Executive Report on Medisync Health Solutions’ Use of IntelliTrack-AI
Introduction
The healthcare industry is changing a lot because newer technologies, like Artificial
Intelligence (AI), are being used more and more (Mukherjee et al., 2024). A major new
development is using AI to increase the precision of diagnoses, enhance how patients are cared
for, improve work in the back office, and support better workflows in healthcare settings
(Lindroth et al., 2024). This review introduces IntelliTrack-AI, a proposed new AI tool, and
reviews how it might be used by Medisync Health Solutions, a fictional American private, for-
profit healthcare provider that is a C-corporation. Because Medisync has over 200 people
working there, it is able to supply integrated care such as primary care, imaging services,
laboratory work, and support for chronic conditions. Their mission is to deliver the best care and
results for patients using excellent services and new technologies. Since healthcare is facing
more demands, regulations, growing costs, and doctors’ burnout, using AI is more and more
necessary (Ramadan et al., 2024). The paper looks into the role of AI in healthcare and evaluates
if it is possible to apply IntelliTrack-AI, a special AI-powered tool meant to organize outpatient
patients and help manage resources. Although AI has many possible uses, it should be
considered through an ethical, legal, and practical perspective before it is used (Chen et al.,
2023).
How AI is Transforming Business
Artificial Intelligence has brought significant changes to businesses in almost every area
of industry. Over the last ten years, companies have risen their productivity, decreased the
, 2
number of errors, and provided more personalized services due to AI’s ability. AI is used in
business for customer support through chatbots, detecting fraud, helping with scheduled
maintenance, and with decision-making. Adopting AI commonly helps reduce expenses, produce
more accurate work, and speed up the process.
AI is changing clinical diagnostics, methods for engaging patients, office processes, and
the way health populations are managed (Lindroth et al., 2024). IBM Watson and Google
Health’s AI models are shown to be able to analyze images from medical fields, assess the
chance of disease and recommend treatments (Abdeldjouad et al., 2024). Moreover, AI helps
hospitals predict how many patients will be admitted or treated in emergency rooms, a feature
that is especially useful in big health systems. At Medisync Health Solutions, they remain
competitive and efficient by using AI technology to deal with the increasing number of patients
without affecting the standard of care. One reason IntelliTrack-AI is being considered is that it
could automate tracking patients in real time and help medical staff prioritize patients by their
needs and what’s available (Mukherjee et al., 2024).
Proposed New AI Application
Medisync Health Solutions is considering the use of a new AI solution called
IntelliTrack-AI. IntelliTrack-AI was designed and introduced by a well-known third-party
company and is being tested in outpatient clinics all over the United States. Thanks to machine
learning, the AI system can take in information and handle situations without being explicitly
instructed step by step (Mukherjee et al., 2024). Various sources of information are examined by
IntelliTrack-AI, among them EHRs, lab results, personal calendars, and devices used for health
monitoring.
