Business Case/Vision The primary goal of SNHU Travel is to increase its customer base
(value to attain) with the introduction of the niche vacation booking service. The
web-based solution will enable users to find and reserve special,
themed vacation packages that meet their interests, like eco-tours,
adventure travel or luxury retreats. The system will increase
customer interaction, efficiency in booking, and competitive edge of
SNHU Travel in the online travel industry.
Mission Statement To create, build, and implement an effective and easy to use online
(result to accomplish) booking platform that offers customers the opportunity to access
custom and vacation packages in five weeks, in line with the
seasonal marketing objectives of the company.
Project Team Christy (Product Owner): Defines the product vision, prioritizes the
(team members and roles) backlog, and ensures that the team delivers maximum value.
Ron (Scrum Master): Facilitates Scrum events, removes
impediments, and ensures adherence to Agile principles.
Nicky (Developer): Designs, codes, and implements system features
according to engineering best practices.
Brian (Tester): Defines acceptance criteria, performs testing, and
ensures quality assurance of deliverables
