determining a juvenile's neglected status, the statute allows for
consideration of whether the juvenile lives in a home where another
juvenile has died from abuse or neglect or a home where another
juvenile has been subjected to abuse or neglect by an adult who
regularly lives in the home.


◉ Dependent Juvenile Answer: A juvenile in need of assistance or
placement because the juvenile has no parent, guardian, or
custodian responsible for the juvenile's care or supervision OR the
juvenile's parent, guardian, or custodian is unable to provide for the

childcare arrangement.


◉ N.C.G.S. 7B-301 Answer: Every person has a legal duty to report
