Dear Team, I am excited to share our new product with you. As you
may know, we have recently acquired First Nutrition and with this
acquisition comes their long line of supplements. One supplement that
I would like to highlight is their revolutionary weight-loss pill called
Kamelon.
Kamelon is a weight loss supplement that has proven to be very
effective in clinical trials. “The study consisted of 100 participants, 90%
of whom lost at least 15 pounds over a reasonable period. To date, the
study participants who lost at least 15 pounds have successfully
maintained their weight loss by continuing to use the product, and
80% were able to maintain their weight loss with continued use of
Kamelon. The 10% of study participants who lost less than 15 pounds
may have been unsuccessful because they did not follow the

I would like to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of our new
acquisition, and more directly, this new supplement line.
One advantage this brings to our current company is that it is aligned
with our clean, green, and friendly movement. The supplement,
Kamelon, does not contain any toxic chemicals to our body, or to the
environment. This is a major reason we decided to move forward with
the acquisition.
The second reason is their profitability. This line of supplements alone
has been a revenue generating monster. It is the cash cow of any of
their supplements with new and repeat seasonal customers. We
project a 25% increase in revenue in our first year with a 15% increase
to net income. Many take this supplement throughout the year, but as
with any weight-loss supplement there is a spike in demand during the
warmer, summer months. This leads us to a slight disadvantage of the
product.
First Nutrition’s sales were capped. They couldn’t keep up with
demand due to their smaller manufacturing company. This has caused
some upset customers and the beginning of customer loss. I am
hopeful that we will be able to regain most, if not all, the customers
that have since walked away. We will have to work twice as hard to
earn their support back and as such, we are expanding our sales and
marketing team to spearhead this mission immediately. If you should
