Does the patient have the expertise to judge the health care she receives? Generally, it is important for the Arnold Palmer Hospital to get patient assessments about the quality of healthcare as they need to know whether the patient's satisfaction is equivalent to their own standards, as well as the industry. In addition, because "the hospitals in this area are distinguished based on customer satisfaction," Arnold Palmer Hospital needs to meet a certain level of customer satisfaction to continue to gain their reputation today. Quality management systems need to identify and meet customer needs. Organizations exist because of customers. Without customers, organizations will not exist. This is why value creation and delivery should be centralized to customers. Before designing a product or service, there is a need for customer reviews to determine their needs and expectations. Consequently, customer satisfaction depends on the perception of the customer on how the product or service meets their needs. It is important to measure the patient's assessment of Arnold Palmer Hospital for its success and existence as an organization, as it is their patient and family needs and expectations as a customer that hospital operations, activities and resources need to be consolidated and adjusted to meet satisfactorily. They are the same people or they should go when planning a service to assess their needs and expectations.
