How can hotel guests be categorized?. ANSWER -They can be categorized in hotel
segments:
corporate individuals
corporate groups
convention & association groups
leisure travelers
long-term stay/relocation guests
airline-related guests
government & military travelers
regional getaway guests


What is a feasibility study, and what does it cover?. ANSWER -It is an analysis that takes
all of a projects relevant factors into account to figure the likelihood of competing a project
successfully. It includes economic, technical, legal & scheduling considerations.


What are some of the differences between a center-city hotel and a resort hotel?. ANSWER
-most guests at center-city hotels are corporate individuals & business travelers. Most
guests at resort hotels are at desirable vacation spots to relax.
