1. The Brand Manager has similar job duties to the Marketing Manager in the Market
Rewards Survey. In order to remain competitive within the current market – the salary
was placed at the 25% rate. The position doesn’t not require more than 3 years of
experience in a management role and only 5 years for product marketing experience.
