This document contains the short summaries of the prescribed criminal law textbook by the legal author J. Burchell. These summaries are brief and short and great for a quick recap.

These notes are made up of lecture notes, case summaries and textbook notes. Simplified summaries and explanations of the important concept maps are included. Includes the entire years work. These are very thorough - all I used during exams.

These notes cover the most important areas of work done in criminal law 171. They include my own notes taken from podcasts, lectures and case notes. I solely relied on these notes to complete this module as they are very detailed and thorough and contain everything you need to do well.
