What does operationalize mean?
Respuesta: To turn a concept of interest into a measured or manipulated variable.

Respuesta: Ordinal: numerals represent a ranking order. Distance may not be equal. Interval: subsequent numerals represent equal distances, no true zero point. Ratio: there is a true zero point.
