Differentiate between the concepts leadership and management and identify
three examples of the application of these concepts at Netcare. (10 marks, of
which 4 marks will be awarded for the differentiation between leadership and
management, 3 marks for examples of the application of leadership and 3
marks for examples of the application of management at Netcare)
Leadership and management are two distinct concepts in the context of
