Question 1 1.1. Self-image - is a mental image of yourself, as both a physical body and a human. Self-image also covers how you feel about your abilities, weaknesses, and skills. The feelings and images that emerge are important when you think about yourself. A healthy picture of the frame where you see yourself as you really are and that you feel right with your own skin. Depending about how you as a person view yourself during your appearance, thinking about you, self-image can be fantastic and can be bad. As we develop, too, self-image will alternate because our bodies constantly alternate as we flow through life.
