Tort Law Resúmenes (1.º edición)

This is an essay I wrote regarding the Defamation Act 2013 under the Law of Tort. I received a First - 75% from my lecturer for this essay and I hope this could be a good guideline for anyone requiring some help. The table is an easy-to-follow, comprehensive revision guide, which covers the following topics in tort law: intentional torts (assault, battery), defamation, negligence (each element of the tort covered, specific duty of care scenarios covered), nuisance, damages for personal injury. Note that the elements of each tort are tackled in the order one might use in problem questions.
