Southern Africa (RETOSA)

• RETOSA promotes and markets tourism in the
Southern Africa region.
• RETOSA consists of board members from national
tourism authorities and tourism bodies in the private sector.

RETOSA's objectives are to:

• To create a clear destination identity for Southern Africa in the market
• To increase the amount of inbound tourism to and in Southern Africa.
• Encourage businesses to invest in tourism in the region.
• To market Southern African destinations in the USA and Europe together with
national tourist organisations and the private sector and to focus on the new
emerging markets of India, China, Japan and other countries in the Far East.
