(i) The first presenter best describes the marker condition that giant bicycles faces. I
agree with him because he said its customers' fault and it is actually the customers that
decreased their demand which resulted in a decrease in both pre-tax profit and sales

, (iii) A decrease in demand will cause excess supply to get rid of the surplus, suppliers
will cut prices, this will increase the quantity demanded while decreasing the quality
supplied. Supplies will continue to cut prices until the quantity demanded equals
quantity supplies, at a lower equilibrium price and quantity.
