disciplinary measures were perceived as necessary to maintain order and ensure a
conducive learning atmosphere. However, excessive rigidity could sometimes
stifle creativity and create an atmosphere of fear rather than respect. Conversely,
lenient disciplinary policies sometimes led to chaos and compromised learning
quality. Finding the right balance is crucial to fostering a safe and supportive
environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
