1.1 Explain the key five (5) areas that you will focus on to ensure that these school
libraries are implemented in such a way as to benefit all users.

As the lead project manager, I would focus on the following five key areas to
ensure that the school libraries are implemented in a way that benefits all users:

1.1.1. Community Engagement and Participation (CEP)

- Engage with local communities, parents, teachers, and learners to raise
awareness about the importance of libraries and involve them in the planning
and implementation process (Hart, 2001).
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the requirements of each school and
community (IFLA, 2015).
