water and left his Bianchi XR4 Carbon Road Bike, valued at R70 000, chained to the rails of
the allocated bicycle parking. Upon his return, he found his bicycle missing. While he is
reporting this matter at the local police station, Const Kloppers informs you via radio that while
patrolling the area he arrested a suspect in possession of a presumably stolen bicycle, which
fits the description of Mr Davies's bicycle, around the corner from the grocery store where it
was stolen.
