What is motivation?
It can be defined as the internal drive
to satisfy physiological and
psychological needs and wants.
Think about it for a second, when
you are hungry, wouldn’t that
motivate you to get something to
eat? Or if you feel lonely, you will
phone a buddy and plan to meet up,
wouldn’t you?
There are quite a few theories of
motivation that you need to know about,
see if you can apply these theories to your
everyday life.
