A majority of the skeleton is made up of bone.
There are two types of bone tissues:
1. Spongy bones are capable of resisting stress, as well as the production of white
and red blood cells. It's softer and lighter tissue in these bones.
2. Compact bones are designed to support and strengthen the skeleton. Hard, dense
bones form part of the compact bone
