No romance?
There is an ever-confusing likeness between romance and the Romantic. The first you'll know as the
"smoochy-poochy" or "rose-tinted" kind of story, about affectionate feelings between two individuals. But
what about the second, with the capital R? Why is it capitalised, and is there a difference between the two
'romans'?
In this magazine we'll be delving into that strange Romanticism, which has more to do with imagination and
liberty than with smoochy-poochy feelings. Follow us, with your notepad and curious mind, as we take a
stroll through the light and fairy-like genre of Romantic Literature.
P.S. Throughout this magazine you will see underscored words and phrases. Click on them - they'll take you
to an external link where you can learn more about the subject! Enjoy.
