organisation undergoing change, and to stimulate your thinking about what
change means for organisations and how different organisations approach
change initiatives. Your focus should be on a major strategic change
initiative that has organisation-wide implications.
The focus of this assignment is to identify and analyse the change initiative
of an ORGANISATION OF YOUR CHOICE. Use the assessment criteria
below as guide to structure your assignment. Also provide some context to
the organisation you have chosen. In identifying the change initiative, please
describe the organisation’s stated goal(s) of the change event and its plan to
achieve them. Also indicate what change models were used to guide the
change.
