a) Briefly explain what consanguinity in the collateral line means. (2)

marriage with each other? Explain your answer with reference to authority. (2)

Mrs Y. Delila and Peter have a son, Steven.
(i) May Steven enter into a civil marriage with Mrs A? Answer “Yes” or “No”, and
