✔ On this page, show what you would write on the white board during the presentation stage, including: example sentences, timeline,
positive, negative and question form,
✔ Be realistic about how much you could put on the board during the lesson, and how much students would be able read and take notes
on.
Please note items in italics will not be written/used on the board. Items in italics will only be for the purpose of
explaining the order and flow in which the board will be used.
FIRST CONDITIONALS
Warmer activity demonstration/example for students:
I buy a new video game. Play it with my friends tonight
Start of the presentation stage: It is sunny over the weekend. Go to the beach.
Elicitation of the sentence: If it is sunny over the weekend, I will go to the beach.
Elicitation of the form: FORM: If + Present Simple, (S) + will + Future Simple
