Loading amplifiers
Stereo / Parallel modes
Bridged mode
Matching amps to speakers

,  Loading: connecting a speaker “load” to an amp.
 Most speakers have an impedance of 8Ω
 Connecting two 8Ω speakers linked together (parallel
connection) yields a 4Ω load.
 Amplifiers need a minimum load in order to work
correctly. If we connect too many speakers, the load
becomes too low and we risk damaging the
amplifier.
 Most amplifiers have a minimum of 2Ω or 4Ω.
