Oct/Nov 2026 exam special: exam-style questions with full worked answers to prepare for your MNG2601 Oct/Nov 2026 exam. Pass MNG2601 General Management with confidence. This original exam pack gives you 50 four-option multiple-choice questions, many of them scenario-based like the module's assessments, with a memorandum that explains every answer. It also has 9 long and scenario questions (180 marks) with full model answers and marking guidance. It follows the responsible-management approach of the prescribed textbook, Principles of General Management (Botha, Juta). Topics: evolution of management theory, the management process, Mintzberg's roles and Katz's skills, sustainability, CSR and ethics (triple bottom line, Carroll's pyramid, King IV), the management environment and PESTLE, planning and SMART objectives, decision-making, information systems, organising and structures, leadership (managerial grid, Hersey–Blanchard), motivation (Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom, Adams), managing diversity, control and social entrepreneurship. The model answers show you how to apply theory to a scenario, which is where most students lose marks. A concise topic-notes appendix and exam tips help you revise fast in the final week. All questions are original practice questions modelled on the exam format. They are not past papers. Independent study aid, not affiliated with or endorsed by Unisa.
