BACKGROUND MindExpand Community College (MCC), located at Midvalley Township, is a private institution, offering qualifications in various fields, including Humanities, Economics, and Engineering. For many years, the institution has partnered with the local community to assist high school learners who struggle with Mathematics, Life Sciences, Accounting, and English. The assistance typically involves providing extra classes on weekends, as well as career guidance services. These services are offered free of charge since the lecturers volunteer their time and expertise, while MCC sponsors transport for the lecturers to reach various high schools, even those in remote areas. With rising costs associated with travel and development of teaching and learning materials for the extra classes, management at MCC has proposed a minimal fee that the high school learners should pay to attend the classes. At a directorate meeting on 30 September 2026, Professor PT Kitika, the Director of Operations at MCC, requested you, the Administrative Officer for Community Engagement Services at MCC, to conduct an investigation into an efficient introduction of class fees for the MindExpand Community College high school intervention classes. The final report should be submitted to Professor Kitika by 30 October 2026. 3 INSTRUCTIONS As the Administrative Officer for Community Engagement Services at MCC, write an investigative report on the efficient introduction of fees for the MindExpand Community College high school intervention classes. You are expected to submit the report to the Director of Operations at MindExpand Community College, Professor Kitika, by 30 October 2026. Your report should not exceed 3 pages in length. Copy and rewrite the title, terms of reference, and procedures as provided, then write your own findings, conclusions, and recommendations to align with the other sections.
