Question 1:
1. In my opinion, the teacher was wrong to comb the learners’
hair, especially because she did it forcefully – according to
the article – being a professional teacher means that you
teach the students about not being violent and also teach
them against bullying. Being violent towards the children
goes against everything a teacher SHOULD NOT be. She
should have rather told the students that they should either
comb their hair themselves or either give them demerits for
going to school in a unprofessional manner – a professional
teacher means teaching the students about professionalism
and good conduct and that the way they look reflects on
how they see themselves and how much respect they have.
Her behavior does not reflect professional conduct, because
being a professional teacher you should be an example for
the students about good code of conduct practice. The
teacher should have also let the parents know that the
students and their parents should adhere to the schools’
code of conduct policies.

The challenges the teachers face with this specific role
would be that with Covid-19 there is much less community
projects for the teacher to get involved with, meaning that
