Embedded Formative Assessment: (Strategies for Classroom Assessment That Drives Student Engagement and Learning) Notes

The purpose of this assignment was to explore different methods of conducting formative assessment with the aim of ensuring progress for all students in a sequence of lessons. I planned four lessons and employed different styles of formative assessment in each: a piece of written homework, a quiz, a tablet-based form of mini whiteboards called Plickers, and one-to-one guidance using a worked example.
