The primary issue being addressed by the two articles is the impact of technology and
social media in today’s generation. However, the articles address the issue from two different
point of view. The article by the Max Raymer talks about the positive impacts of technology and
social media from a general perspective, targeting the audiences from across the age groups,
children and adults. According to the author, the advances in technology are changing the way
people interact. It has brought about the social media or the social networking that enables
communication with broader groups of people. With the emergence of iPhones and tablets as
well as other micro-computers, it is very easy to tell the direction that the technology is heading
and the impact it is having on our day to day interactions. For instance cellphone is no longer just
as a tool for making calls, its functionality is growing bigger and bigger. It used to access
