action thrombi; inhibits clotting by activating body's anti-
clotting processes (antithrombin)

Indicated for:
-Prophylaxis of VTE

-Afib
-Disseminated intravascular coagulation
(abnormal/overactive clotting)

Watch for:
-Bleeding/hemorrhage
