• Scarlett is a 3o year old female who became
a nurse two years ago. She lives at home
with her 3-year-old daughter whom she raises
on her own. About a year ago, she decided to
go back to school full time while working
full time. She’s been experiencing episodes
of panic and feels she is not mentally
present with her daughter at all times due
to increased stress and anxiety. She has no
past medical history besides one pregnancy
and one live birth,and uses the Mirena IUD
