Ter afsluiting van module 9 Veranderkunde en implementatie ligt voor u mijn integrale
beroepsprestatie. De implementatie is uitgevoerd binnen het Laurentius Ziekenhuis te
Roermond op de verpleegafdeling orthopedie. In het kader van de opleiding Bachelor of
Nursing via Avans+ ben ik op 24 november 2023 gestart met deze module.
