(In Child's Pose) Exhale Child's Pose - ANSWER- Bring your knees to the outside of your mat, (your big toes to touch) Slink your belly between your thighs Reach your arms in front of you mat (and melt your forehead to the floor) Take a deep breath in and a deep exhale out Two more, deep breath in, exhale out Last time, deep breath in, exhale everything out .... {Inhale your power, exhale your strength (because you own it, yeah!)} Waiver in Child's Pose - ANSWER- I will be giving hands on assists.
