Endanger of Pulmonary HTN & A. Fib. Differentiate the patient presentations of Kawasaki Disease and Scarlett Fever. - Kawasaki- No matter what, fever does not respond to antipyretics, non--specific rash, can get aneurysm, strawberry red tongue, swollen neck lymph nodes Scarlet- Tender lymph nodes, blach rash, petechiae, can lead to rheumatic fever, During your assessment you ask your patient to raise her legs and hold them up for 30 seconds. Upon returning her legs to a dangling position you note it takes greater than 15 seconds for her skin to return to her baseline color. You recognize this finding as a dysfunction in which system? - Arterial Deficit Explain how you would quantify the assessment findings of: an absent, a weak, a normal, and a bounding pulse. - Absent= +1
