So, I am choosing SCENARIO#1 for this assignment. It is for a restaurant so I think 4 P’s method would be
better option for this.
- Pre-writing planning and preparation
The audience here is the office workers from WeWork Office Space and Coworking and
school students from Acsenda School of management. The reason for choosing these
options is because the restaurant will target both nearby office people along with the
students.
The tone for this email would be professionalism including enthusiasm, so that more
customers can be attracted with an exciting email. I would like to draw a good picture in
the mind of people reading it with a good promise of serving better than the
competitors there.
I would use all three (logos, pathos, ethos) in this email because it would make the email
more compelling. So, definitely combination method and 4 P’s.
