Which types of patients do you consider high risk when taking specialty medications? - correct answer Our high risk populations consist of pregnant, pediatric (<18), and elderly (>/= 60). The Pharmacist will document the RPH Initial Assessment in Asembia before the medication is dispensed along with any interventions taken. A reassessment can be done at any time during treatment if requested by a patient, provider or if the rph deems necessary.
