Summary Law and Economics
Summary for the course 'law and economics', for the law minor of Economics and Business Economics
at Utrecht University. However, this summary can probably also be used by students from other
Universities! Because it covers all chapters of the book, except for the second and the third chapter,
since they are not relevant for the exam. The first chapter of each pair of chapters explains the basic
economic analysis of that area of law, and the second chapter applies the core economic theory to a
series of topics.
