BETWEEN INFLATION
AND GDP GROWTH

, INTRODUCTION
Over the years, it is evident that various theoretical and empirical findings
have emerged that tend to provide a determination concerning the relationship
between inflation and GDP growth. As a result, to distinguish the relationship
between inflation and GDP growth, there is the consideration by Friedman that a
rise in nominal inflation is associated with inflation and growth uncertainties. On
the other hand, a group of researchers studies the relationship between the two
variables without factoring in inflation and growth uncertainties.
