Q1. Describe the support services needed by buyers of the Apple Watch. Many people in the tech world refer to Apple followers as a cult (McAlone, N., 2015). Many Apple consumers, as myself stand firmly behind the brand and get very excited when Apple produces new products. Apple is known for the quality and pushes the envelope towards technology advancement, and consumers are loyal because of it. Apple has gone above and beyond in customer satisfaction that keeps consumers drawn to the products and why Apple is highly successful. The Apple Watches are expensive; however, pricing is one of Apple’s strategies. Apple believes that if they offer premium products, then consumers should pay premium prices for quality. Apple of course cannot guarantee that their products will soar to being successful each and every time. Therefore, their customer service has to continue giving the best possible service at all times. Some of the services that Apple offers is a twenty-four hour Apple support center, Apple online and retail stores, as well as product and service support through the web or contact numbers. Apple believes in giving the best customer experience to every consumer. “Impeccable customer service was one of the key driving forces behind the creation of Apple’s retail stores” (Heisler, 2015).
