2025-026 CSE 475 Foundations of Machine Learning Lab 1 module 1-2 Arizona State University This lab contains two modules: 1. Module 1: Introduction to Python 2. Module 2: Introduction to Numpy and Pandas At the end there is a practice exercise in which you will use some of the operations from Modules 1 and 2. To execute and make changes to this notebook, click File > Save a copy to save your own version in your Google Drive or Github. Read the step-by-step instructions below carefully. To execute the code, click on each cell below and press the SHIFT-ENTER keys simultaneously or by clicking the Play button. When you finish executing all code/exercises, save your notebook then download a copy (.ipynb file). Submit: 1. .ipynb file 2. link to your Colab notebook saved on your Google Drive (set the sharing options to share with anyone at ASU so the TA can view it). This should be added as a comment on your submission. 3. pdf of executed notebook (In Colab, click File > Print > Save as PDF). Sometimes if you print too many values, the PDF would not contain the results later. It is your responsibility to make sure the PDF containing all the results you have.
