,Why Dentistry? - Correct answer-Variety of reasons/factors:
After getting to know diff professions through volunteer/work, i realized my desire
- to work with my hands in creative environment, dentistry would be the best fit for
me. Even now, working as a dental assistant and being able to assist in
- dental procedures is really fascinating to me, because i get to observe and tend to
the patients after the procedure as well. Additionally, I love that i'll have the
- continuity of care as soon as I start practicing - establishing relationship with my
patients and getting to know them as their provider and confidante.
- GRANDMA
Strengths? - Correct answer-Compassionate (GMB, other community outreach);
Cultural competence (traveled to other countries whether for leisure/internships
abroad);

off - persevere towards my goals - overcoming UCSD adversity)
Weaknesses? - Correct answer-Taking on too many projs at once (learned my
limitations and learned to balance)
Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task or take on tasks personally
that could easily be delegated to someone else. Although I've never missed a
deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, and
