Introduction
The AIS3705 module enabled me to bridge theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the
Library and Information Science (LIS) profession. Through five portfolio assessments and visits to
an information agency, I developed competencies in information management, user services,
cataloguing, digital literacy, and research application. This reflection outlines the key lessons
learnt from each portfolio assessment.
