2. Which devices do I qualify for?

3. Where can I collect the phone?
a. Dial *797# and select your preferred pickup location.
b. You will need to present your original ID card and the down payment for the phone

4. How do I make down payment?
a. The agent will push an MPESA payment request to your current phone.
b. Enter your MPESA PIN to complete payment.
5. How do I make the repayments?
a. Payments are made weekly or daily via the ONFON Mobile Application
6. How do I check my loan balance?
a. You can check your loan balance on the ONFON Mobile application
7. Why is my phone locked?
a. Daily/weekly payment has not been made through the ONFON Mobile application
8. What will happen if I fail to pay the installments?
a. The device will be LOCKED, and customer will not be able to use

10. How many devices can I buy at a go?
