Entry Point - Answers - upon admission, the patient must be in the OPD/ER, they must
have their patient registration, so we must tell to go to the registration area
Patient Registration - Answers - Patient will be given a registration number
Admission Processing - Answers - we must verify kahit pa ano condition ng patient,
kahit hilong hilo pa yan kasi ayon yung protocol in every institution that hindi tayo
pedeng mag admit ng patient without any information that we have taken, alangan
namang hulaan natin yung info ng patient.
Admission Processing - Answers - There will be admission paperworks (papers to be
signed by patient). Patient's eligible for insurances, like HMO/Philhealth that they can
use during admission
Patient stay in the ward - Answers - if admitted pwede na silang iadmit sa ward (if

bleeding, in GYNE).
Doctor takes history & physical examination in an admission - Answers - magsusulat
ng admitting history si doctor + doing the physical examination upon admission
Doctor writes order for investigations (lab, x-rays, etc) and treatment - Answers - Dun

examination.
