all vaults or caskets. Consensual double burials must be covered with at least 12" at
time of burial. Cremated remains exempt if urn is covered by at least 3/4" of
concrete, brass, granite, marble or metal plate. Extreme hardship allows for less
than 18" but not less than 12". No person shall knowingly or willfully inter the
remains of more than one body in a single plot, or use an already occupied grave.
