Choice Voucher programs.

• Strengthens HUD's physical condition standards and oversight.
• Ensures safe, habitable dwellings for residents of HUD housing.

Effective Date

• Guidance for HCV and PBV programs before compliance date of October 1, 2024.
• Encourages early NSPIRE implementation if ready.
• Replaces all HQS guidance previously issued by HUD.
