A. Implementing Professional Growth Plan
Educators can improve their teaching practice by using a professional growth plan as a
systematic approach to create personal and professional goals. This encourages each student's
achievement in both their academic and nonacademic undertakings. Implementation of a
professional growth plan can enhance a teacher’s instructional strategies, content knowledge
and data use, and promote cultural competence and professional collaboration.

One nonacademic need of my students is motivation and engagement.
