, 1.1 Lineaire functies
Algemene vorm lineaire functie: f(x) = ax+b
- a is de richtingscoëfficiënt.
- b is het snijpunt met de y-as.

Lijnen zijn evenwijdig aan elkaar als ze dezelfde richtingscoëfficiënt hebben.
Lijnen zijn horizontaal als de richtingscoëfficiënt 0 is.

Bij y = ax + b is;
- y een functie van x.
- y uitgedrukt in x.

De modulus wordt ook wel absolute waarde genoemd.

1.2 Tweedegraadsvergelijkingen
Algemene vorm kwadratische vergelijking: f(x) = ax2 + bx + c = 0

Oplossen van kwadratische vergelijkingen
