1. Agogiek en verandering
Wereld veranderd in snel tempo, ook de mensen veranderen sneller
 Verandering om leven zinvoller te maken
 Veranderingen die moeten doordat je in ernstige problemen komt,
verandering is nodig om daaruit te komen
Agogiek = begeleiden van veranderingsprocessen
Sociale agogiek = professionele beïnvloeding van mensen met bedoeling dat
mensen het beter krijgen  verhogen van welzijn

1.1 De studie
 Sociale agogiek = wetenschap
 De sociale werkelijkheid wordt erin bestudeerd
 Is er om mensen in agogische beroepen te ondersteunen in hun handelen
 handelingswetenschap

1.2 Interventies
 De MW komt tussen in gebeurtenissen en situaties, in de leefsituatie
van cliënten en in de relaties tussen mensen
 Doel is om te beïnvloeden
 Tussenkomsten zijn niet enkel gericht op cliënt zelf, maar ook op
personen in de omgeving en in delen van de samenleving

1.3 Intentioneel
 Altijd nadrukkelijk verandering als doel
 Min of meer gepland, niet willekeurig
 De MW staat stil bij waarom hij tussenkomt, op voorhand afvragen wat hij
wil bereiken

1.4 Systematisch
 Systematisch proberen omstandigheden te creëren die veranderingen
makkelijker kunnen maken
 HV baseert zich op kennis en ervaring
 Tussenkomst is gebaseerd op methodiek

1.5 Veranderen = ontplooien
 HV helpen de cliënt in hun psychosociale en culturele ontplooiing
