B. The disturbance in behaviour is associated with distress in the individual or others in
his or her immediate social context (ie. family, friends) or it impacts negatively on social,
educational, occupational or other important areas of functioning

C. The behaviours do not occur exclusively during the course of a psychotic, substance
use, depressive, or bipolar disorder. Also, the criteria are not met for disruptive mood
dysregulation disorder.

Specify if:
Mild: symptoms confined to one setting
Moderate: some symptoms present in at least 2 settings
Severe: some symptoms present in 3+ settings

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - answera disorder that appears in childhood and is
marked by significant deficiencies in communication and social interaction, and by
rigidly fixated interests and repetitive behaviors

Characterized by markedly abnormal development in social interaction and
communication as well as markedly restricted involvement in activities and interest
